The great absurdity of theopponents of the community center is is the talk about "sensitivity".
The same folks who coined the term "politically correct" and related language to justify their unfounded bigotry and other offensive speech want to control First Amendment rights as soon as they are offended by something that only offensive because it is foreign.
Can't anyone entertain the possibility that the community center is a reconciliatory gesture from moderate, integrated Muslims to the rest of U.S. Is forgiveness too alien an idea to the vocal opposition who supposedly follows Jesus' teachings?
